Refund policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected]. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

*Personalized and custom jewels are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged.

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the original for of payment nor cancellations.

*We can not send return labels to international orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make right.

**Our policy derives from the inability to confirm the product being exposed to unknown environmental conditions, mishandling by client, exposure to bodily oils, and the handling/shipping by the third-party shipper.

HOW TO CARE FOR JEWELERY:

• Excess sweat and water? No thank you.
• Always remove your gold vermeil jewelry before exercising, washing your hands or showering.
• Apply perfumes, creams and hair care products before wearing your pieces.
• To clean jewels, buff gently with a dry cloth or microfiber jewelry cloth.
